You would need the following :

1. Proof of Business (Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership Deed, Service Tax, GST registration document)

2. Firm/Company PAN (Not for Proprietorship)

3. Promoter's PAN (Proprietor/Director)

4. Cancelled cheque / Bank account statement in the name of the business

5. Authorized signatory address proof (Passport/AADHAAR/DL/EC)
